Why we use Yuzu for our products. addictive antioxidant?

Yuzu is Asian citrus hybrid fruit- very acid, somewhat bitterish and very
additive.
Yuzu is the only edible citrus that survives outdoors in the coldest states.
For our essential oil we use only zest of unripe fruit. This is because the
amounts of phenolic's, vitamin C and the antioxidant activity in all tested
yuzu cultivars are higher in peel than in flash.
Yuzu skin benefits are known for its antioxidant protection, which help
to promote anti-aging and rejuvenation for more youthful appearance.
Antioxidant protection works to neutralize harmful free radicals in the
environment as well as inside the body. Oxidative effect contributes
towards aging by damaging the skin. The phytochemicals in yuzu
essential oil, which include anthocyanins, carotenoids, flavanones, and
flavonoids, have been recognized for its antioxidant activity. Yuzu is
widely implemented in Asian cuisine but we use it for it's ability to help
protect skin integrity. The amounts of phenolics and vitamin C and the
antioxidant activity in all tested yuzu cultivars were higher in peel than
in flesh. All testing results indicate that yuzu contains higher amounts of
vitamin C and phenolics than other citrus fruits.

We conducted the microbiological quality tests with our base oils using
yuzu oil and without it in our laboratory. It turned out that the transfer
oil with yuzu doesn’t go rancid unlike transfer oil without it!
Yuzu oil allows the lipids like grapeseed, hemp, avocado, sea buckhorn
oils stay salubrious longer.
So, Yuzu is not only hooking scent but powerful antioxidant
